App Logs

The App’s Log feature provides detailed records of activities and system messages generated by Matter Utilities during operation. It helps developers and testers monitor the app’s behavior, verify network permissions, and troubleshoot issues related to device pairing or network communication.

You can access and read logs under four tabs:

• Logger – Displays general system activities and status updates (e.g., controller status, network permission results, device count).
• Detail Logger – Shows in-depth process logs for advanced debugging.
• Console – Captures real-time console output and diagnostic messages.
• Statistics – Summarizes usage data and app performance metrics.

Use this section to check whether the app has local network permission, detect if controllers or devices were successfully initialized, and identify potential errors during operation.
